My husband brought an easy dinner for me to cook the other night.
He said it is going to be an easy dinner just rinse them off and bake.
These bake potatoes weighed 3 pounds each and were 10 inches long each.
I baked them at 475 degrees for 2&1/2 hours.
They were great with melted butter and cheese and chives and he brought a pack of Potato Topping.
A very BIG and nice lite dinner.
I have never seen potatoes this big!!

ReplyDeleteOMG, I love baked potatoes for supper, the only problem is since I have been on a diet for 20 years, it has been that long since I've had one. I'll have to live vicariously through you. Enjoy!
